Up for grabs is a Rolex GMT-Master 2
16760 reference so called “Fat Lady” due to thicker case and crown guards opposed to other models. Fat Lady only came in steel and only came with black/red “Coke” bezel insert. Production was only for about 5 years, ending in 1988.

Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs and crown guards. Original factory finish on lugs. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible.
Dial is original, tritium, with nice yellow patina on plots. Hands are tritium but are a shade light in color. Original date disk with open 6’s and 9’s. No bubbles, no spotting, no chips or drag marks on dial.
Bracelet is original, 78360 in tight condition with 501 end-links. As you can see indicated on warranty papers, this bracelet came original on this watch from factory.
Watch comes complete with Rolex boxes, manuals, matching sleeve for papers, warranty papers and original matching hang tag with serial number. The warranty papers have a date code printed: “X L TT”, which translates to May 3, 1988 and is the date when watch went out from Rolex to the AD. The papers are AD stamped, but were never named or dated by them.
